Refund & Returns Policy – StiloTee

At StiloTee, we’re committed to ensuring you have a great shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got your back — but with some ground rules.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for issues like:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Defective or damaged product

    • Size mismatch due to seller error

Important: We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences. Please check sizing charts before ordering.


🚫 No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

If you received the wrong or defective product, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method. You can then place a new order for the correct item — this ensures faster processing and stock clarity.


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at: support@stilotee.com
    Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  2. Our team will verify your request within 2 working days and share the return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to the provided address. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the error was from our end.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the return.

  • The refund will be credited back to the same payment source (e.g., UPI, bank account, card).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-printed or personalized T-shirts

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear

  • Gift cards or promotional items


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the return policy applies.
