Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for both defective and non-defective items. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and barcodes completely intact.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: Return shipping is entirely Free (₹0.00) for all eligible orders within India.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivered address at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at support@stilotee.com or via WhatsApp/Phone at 8902705028.

  2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return or exchange.

  3. Once your request is verified, our logistics partner will pick up the package from your location within 2–4 business days.

5. Refunds Processing

  • Prepaid Orders: Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes a standard quality check, your refund will be processed directly back to your original payment method (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 7–10 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI. Our team will contact you to securely collect your bank details once the item passes quality inspection.
